Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to physical addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Shipping Cost
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. No additional handling or service fees apply.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your order is placed.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) on a business day enter processing the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5 – 8 business days, depending on your location and carrier schedules. The total time from order placement to delivery is 6 to 11 business days.
Large or Heavy Item Handling
Some orders may require special handling due to size or weight. In such cases, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout can accommodate delivery of large packages.
